CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us on 01756 707853 between 9am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday within the same weekday of placing your order (including evening or weekend before). Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. Alternatively you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have already received your order and want to return back to us, you need to contact us within 120 days of receiving the product by emailing email@example.com. You would need to ensure the product is in a resalable condition. The cost of return will be at your own expense, unless the product was received faulty or product is incorrect to your order. A full refund less any carriage cost if applicable will then be provided on receiving back the product.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault with your order within the first 12 months, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with description of the problem, date order placed and internet order number. We will provide you with a choice of a full refund or replacement after we have received back and inspected the product from your order.
Please ensure that any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/fresh and dry condition before they can be sent back to us for inspection.
