Outer Shell: 97% polyamide, 2% elastane, 1% polyester
Interlining: Porelle® membrane (100% polyurethane)
Inner Sock: 76% COOLMAX® FX(polyester) , 24% polyamide

UK Sizing:

S: 3-5 | M: 6-8 | L: 9-11 | XL: 12-14

If you're between sizes, we recommended going for the larger size.
