DexShell Running Socks

DexShell make some of the best waterproof running socks. Here's our guide to our favourite DexShell socks for trail running and ultra running.

DexShell Running Lite Socks

The Running Lite Socks are our top choice for everyday running during the colder months They strike a nice balance between breathability and protection without being too warm and bulky. They have an excellent fit and the most up to date construction that DexShell offer.

The DriFil lining is super soft and comfortable and feels great against the skin, even when the going gets sweaty. The outer material is a nylon / polyester / elastane mix which is durable but still soft and form fitting. The lower calf high cuff is a good length for everyday use.

DexShell Compression Mudder Socks

The real specialist in DexShell's range of waterproof running socks, the Compression Mudder is the best choice for the worst conditions. They've gained massive popularity amongst ultra runners, especially those doing winter races like the Spine Race

The DexShell Compression Mudder Socks have the same advanced waterproof construction as the Running Lite Socks but offer complete waterproof protection to the knee. A big bonus when running through streams, rivers and bogs.

They also offer the added muscle support of light compression - again a useful feature for long mountain runs where a little extra support can really help.

DexShell Ultra Thin Crew Socks

The Ultra Thin Crew Socks are the thinnest, lightest socks in the DexShell range and are consequently our favourite for running in milder weather, or for road running.
