The Troll Crookrise Trouser is a good looking, durable trouser designed to handle the rigours of gritstone climbing but still look good enough for day to day use too.
Troll make the Crookrise using a super durable nylon fabric sourced from our long term fabric partners FOV in Sweden. As well as being incredibly abrasion resistant, the fabric also has 4% stretch which really enhances overall freedom of movement.
The Crookrise is a pull-on trouser with a soft, stretchy waist band that sits comfortably under a harness. Articulation is built into the crotch for awesome freedom of movement on even the wildest move. Two front pockets and two rear pockets provide storage. There's a slot for a brush on the side too. The overall fit is trim without being too restrictive or tight.
Along with most other Troll products, the Crookrise Trouser is made with care and attention at their small factory in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Surrounded by some of the finest crags in Europe, we think it's a great place to make climbing gear.
